We do not claim or guarantee electoral victory for any client. Political outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including voter behaviour and events beyond our influence.

OrianArc is an independent political consulting organisation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Election Commission of India or any government authority.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that campaign activities, including those undertaken with our advisory support, comply with applicable election law, including expenditure and disclosure requirements.

We treat client strategy, data, and communications as confidential, and expect clients to treat our proprietary methodology and materials the same way.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrianArc's liability in connection with services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Website content, methodology documents, and branded materials remain the property of OrianArc unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where OrianArc is registered.
